It’s the time of the year when sweater weather has officially turned into multi-layering weather, and the trees of the Shenandoah Valley have slowly shed their foliage, leaving them almost completely bare. It’s certainly gotten too chilly for a dip in the many swimming holes of the valley as well as too late for apple picking. Thankfully, the Shenandoah Valley has much to offer even during the season of nature’s slumber.
