COVID-19

At TripForth, we are working proactively to ensure the health and safety of all of our travelers during this era of “new normal”. The circumstances surrounding COVID-19 continue to change rapidly and as our communities reopen, we will continue to monitor Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines as well as government directives. Our team is dedicated to keeping all travelers up to date on current guidelines and restrictions so that life’s greatest moments no longer have to be put on hold.

We understand that making the decision to travel in today's world can be overwhelming. Our goal at TripForth is to provide a stress-free and memorable travel experience which is why we are working closely with all affiliated resorts to ensure accommodation cleanliness, public area sanitation, and guest satisfaction during these uncertain times. Our vacation rental homes offer keyless entry in an effort to streamline the check-in process and minimize contact. Many resort amenities and activities are open, but are operating at partial capacity or with limited hours. Please be sure book tickets online prior to arrival when possible. 

We highly encourage all of our travelers to wear a mask, maintain social distancing practices when possible, and be considerate of others as we all try to navigate our “new normal”.

CHECK IN/OUT INFORMATION

  • Check in is anytime after 4 PM at the home itself on the date of your arrival.  Be on the lookout for your Pre-Arrival Email sent 24 hours prior to arrival to the email address on file. This information will include the time sensitive 6-digit access code and address to the property.  
  • Check-out time is 10 AM on your departure date. 


PET POLICY

  • We are happy to provide a selection of pet-friendly accommodations! There is a one-time pet fee of $150.00 that will cover up to 2 dogs for the length of your stay. 
  • As much as we would love to welcome pets at all of our properties, there are some homes and condos that do not permit any pets. We respect and honor our owners right to decline pets. Guests who choose to bring pets are subject to a $500.00 charge.
  • Animals whose sole function is to provide emotional support or comfort do not qualify as Service Animals under the ADA and are not permitted inside non pet friendly accommodations. 


SMOKING POLICY

  • All properties have a strict non-smoking policy.


TRASH POLICY

  • Please refer to pre-arrival check in letter for trash policies.
  • There are on-site dumpsters available for trash disposal.
  • Guests are responsible to dispose of trash upon departure. Never leave trash out on decks, street side or in any non-secured canister. Violations may result in citations from local authorities.
