Very cozy, large two bedroom condo in the heart of massanutten! We lived our stay here for a long weekend. We enjoyed skiiing and tubing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and was only steps away from everything!

This is our second time booking with Jeremy. We go to massanutten every year and the kids love it. Check in was quick and easy and the employees were very kind and helpful. The place was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The beds were comfy. The place was very spacious, plenty of room for our family of 4. Only thing is that the listing calls itself a townhouse but it’s actually a condo which wasn’t a big deal to us but may be for someone else. We would stay here again.

Condo was very clean and nice decor. Fireplace was a great touch while sitting in the living room on cold nights. Staff were friendly throughout the trip including condo check in and all ski lodge staff. Well kept slopes. Chair lift staff had a nice sense of humor and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Jeremy was timely with responses. He sent plenty of communication about next steps and what to expect through the process. The only issue we had was I asked for clarity if the unit had a full kitchen, which I was told it did. Howe, once we got into the unit, it did not have the stove/oven. I reached out with my concern and it was addressed. Massanutten is always a great place to visit and enjoy the location and all the amenities.

Upon arrival, was able to smoothly check-in and find property. Any issues that arrived would be promptly handled for us. If my teens had any complaint, it would be the Wi-Fi access and tvs auto resetting to the main screen saver in the middle of watching shows/movies as if it’s one a timer and gaming was impossible as far as speed and connectivity. So it encouraged more out of the condo activities. The pillows needed to be updated and slight sewage odor intermittently in the area surrounding the condo. Thank you for a great stay for me and my family. Cant wait to come back!

Beautiful, clean, and peaceful location. I had trouble understanding the service animal policy and called many times before my stay to no avail. When I arrived is when I learned all the ins and outs.
Also made the mistake to assume the photo of the kitchen included a stove. It wasn’t until I arrived that I noticed it wasn’t a full kitchen. I overlooked the amenities saying it’s not a full kitchen so that was a mistake on my end.
Nevertheless, This unit accommodated my family of 5 well.

All of the different activities on the property We found roaches in the property and also the freezer did not keep our ice cream frozen so that was a waste, the times that the pools close and the waterpark prices were a little high

Only thing is people need to respect the reserved space for those that are disabled. We had two people park in that spot and they were not staying with us in the unit. Yes, there are other spaces but having that spot for husband does make a difference.

Very hot and humid during our stay, the condo was always cool, and the balcony was shaded from the afternoon sun, you could enjoy the balcony all day. The condo was clean, lots of room, all cooking utensils needed to cook. Great stay would highly recommend!

My condo was really nice and spacious. The check in was a little overwhelming, but the long line did move pretty fast. Parking was available but sometimes not conveniently located if you got back to your condo late. Overall, a really good stay and would go again.

It was absolutely beautiful and we were able to relax when we wanted but have lots to do when we wanted as well. Great stay!! Wish the pools were open a little later than 7pm since it still summer and daylight until at least 9pm.

For the price definitely better than staying in a regular hotel. Makes you feel like you’re at home. Not having the option to automatically opt out of time share meeting. I feel like it should be asked when they hand you the keys. That way if your in a rush you can grab your keys/parking pass and go about your vacation stay.

This condo was just beautiful! They have updated it, so roomy, beds were comfy. They did a great job up keeping it and cleaning it. Felt like home. The property has a lot of activities to do and in cases where you don’t have a car there is a shuttle to carry you around the property. However if would recommend taking your own car. The rooms are clean and spaces better than advertised. I would go back.

I was really shocked for the price I paid!! We will definitely be back! Some of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. Also the TV in the master bedroom only worked if you were directly in the front with the remote.

This is a great resort with lots to do. The condo was extremely clean with possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Lots to do all year round, though there isn't much for free. My only complaint would be that check in is at 5pm and check out at 10am which seems a little unfair. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Most of the stay was wonderful. The room was excellent and better than I expected! We were in a quiet building with an elevator and easy access. We were across from the pool and had every amenity we needed. Checking in was weird because we were checking in with a ton of people who were staying as time share owners. We had to wait for quite a while and though the pressure wasn’t high, we had to go to several desks to sign in and get our keys and turn down a breakfast to hear about time shares. I didn’t enjoy or appreciate this.

Everything was great. Easy check in. Had everything we needed for our mini vacay. Beautiful, clean condo & Beautiful view of the Mountains. We will definitely be back. All the laundry outside the entrance. It wasn't picked up the whole time we were there. Just thought it looked a little trashy but it won't stop us from comming back. Had a Wonderful time.

Beautiful property. Very peaceful. Lots of potential activities. The activities all cost extra but… Can only say that the only “flaw” is that the steps appeared to need paint and walls needed some sort of artwork. Inside the condo, the bedroom artwork over the whirlpool tub was a little strange. Yes, whirlpool in the bedroom. That was the only strange things. Otherwise, it was exceptional. The bathroom artwork was a canvas print of a picture that didn’t match the bedroom piece aforementioned and the entire floor was devoid of any wall art. There was also another guest that seemed to be weirdly eyeballing my 12 yr old daughter and asked a personal question. Not the property’s fault but it being a resort location with activities for children…

The apartment was great! Beautiful, clean and well supplied. The bed was very comfy and I enjoyed having a balcony. We had a great stay. 💯😀 The menu at the restaurant was limited. I was looking for something light - not much choice.

The unit we were given at check in was updated from the photos. Spacious, clean, great furnishings, and comfortable beds. We had plenty of room to hang out without feeling cramped and were a 5 minute walk to the driving range, ice cream, the golf course, and other amenities.

The unit we stayed in was much more updated than the unit in the pictures. Very nicely furnished and comfortable unit. We had a busy weekend away from the resort, but this unit was close to the pool and a short walk from the golf course. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This time of year there were not a lot of people there. We had the entire place to ourselves which was really nice. I left one message for housekeeping about items that we needed and something that was broken and they took care of it the same day

Newer unit, close to skiing, loved the spaciousness and the amenities like the jacuzzi. I wish they had pillows of different heights. All six were the same and too high for me. After waking up several times, I just turned a towel into a lower pillow. Sofa bed mattress uncomfortable, but this is a common isdue with sofa beds. Wish they had told me beforehand to bring paper towels or napkins to save us a trip out. Could hear people upstairs (kid jumping?) and the group next door but they got quiet before it got too late. Everything else was great.

I would definitely stay here again. We paid a little more for this rental than our relatives who stayed in other properties at Massanutten, but it was well worth it. The description said "elevator" and I was worried about being unpleasantly surprised, but indeed, our unit was on the top floor of three floors and there was an elevator. Just a few stairs to get from the car to the main floor and it was easy breezy to load and unload our luggage. The unit itself was all on one floor once inside. My relatives had many more stairs to deal with. We had views on 3 sides of the condo. Really nice, quiet unit. Fireplace, tvs in bedrooms, fully kitchen. Would DEFINITELY book here again. We enjoyed a really lovely weekend. Our family (who reserved two other units) ended up spending most of their time at this unit with us because we had so much space and it was very comfortable for dining and visiting together.

Though the room wasn't up to par, the stay was as peaceful as expected. Would definitely stay again but with another room. The bed was very uncomfortable and the refrigerator and door wasn't working properly whem we got there. But the resort staff took care of it promptly and the rest of the stay was great. Overall my son loved it so that's all that matters.

Cleanliness of the place Needed more detailed information for check ins. Didn’t know where to go to get the keys etc. Would be nice to receive messaged information upon arrival without calling the number instead. Everything exceeded our expectations except the mattress. It was noisy and very uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep at all.

Everything was great, everyone was very nice and helpful! One thing that was wrong we couldn’t go to the water park because it was sold out. You have to get your tickets ahead of time and we were not aware of that. But it was still things to do, we still had a great time!

Had a nice stay at the condos near the golf course of massanutten. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We could hear the neighbors through the walls though - that would be my only complaint. The amenities were good. We went off site for meals as there were a lot of options. Water park was fun, but also crowded.

Overall we had a good experience. The condo was very nice. I had 2 complaints. The first was that we were informed to check in at 5:00. When we arrived we pulled into a parking spot. There was a sign instructing us to text a # with our name to start the check in process. I got a text back saying to wait outside, in the 90 degree heat, and would we notified when to come in. 40 minutes later I was allowed to go in only to wait in line for 20 minutes. My second complaint was that after I finished with the check in desk I was instructed to go to another desk to get my parking pass. This person then proceeds to ask if I want a tour of the property that would include a meal. After the tour they ask you to fill out a survey and then you will receive a gift such as water park tickets. I agreed but was then told I had to pay 20$ to reserve the reservation. I should have known then something was wrong. On the appointed day we went only to find out that the tour was really a sales pitch for a timeshare. Then I was treated rather rudely when I asked for my 20$ back and I had no interest in purchasing a timeshare. Would not go here again.

Beautiful, spacious, clean condo. Really enjoyed our stay. Unit upgraded, nice balcony. Plan on returning.

I like that it is clean and has 2 bathrooms so that we can use the bathrooms at the same time while prepping up for the day. Lots of TV's as well. Lol. My only comment is about the schedule of act. It's kinda confusing coz there's a schedule at the website but when you call the recreation or activities person, they're saying otherwise. At times no one answering the phone particularly on the Horseback riding office. I don't know. Maybe because spring just started that's why they don't have a concrete sched yet? Otherwise, apt is really clean.

The property was great updated unit didnt expect that at all Overall trip was good a few isses with the rental process for skis and boots wasnt seamless as thought for the amount of ppl there. Felt they needed ppl to show you how to use ur skis and even putting on the ski boots.

Fun time. But impossible to reach customer service or property amenities. Most restaurants are closed now too because of covid so I’d recommend off site dining.

Don't let the photos fool you. The condo was beautiful, spacious, 2 big bedrooms. One with masterbath, the other bathroom had jacuzzi size tube. Kitchen did not have stove but did provide an electric two burner, electric skillet, pots and pans. We really enjoyed the location and the condo. Highly recommend staying. Resort was nice, did use too much during winter stay and Covid. But it was open and kids were able to play and the indoor pool was still open.

The place was very clean and cozy. It is not the most updated place (old tv) but it is still very nice (plus we did not go to the mountains to watch tv) . The pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable but we still managed!

My trip from check in/check out was nearly perfect. The only negative surprise I experienced was the additional taxes, resort fees and deposit due at check-in taken at the desk. My pleasant surprise was the professionally trained staff, walking trails, safety comfort, COVID-19 precautions and family oriented facilities.

The condos were well appointed and the resort was handling the pandemic well. Pools, golf, and hiking were open as well as general store and rec center. Standard condo does not have a stove but a toaster oven, 2 burner cooktop, electric griddle, electric frypan, and gas grill on balcony allowed for cooking without one.

Massanutten has much to offer in the non-ski season. Swimming pools, hiking trails, mountain biking, and golf. The accommodations were very nice. My only complaint was the lack of decency of some of the other guests, who were up late with loud music.

My wife and I was looking for a place to go for our 24th anniversary. Massanutten was recommended by friends. We found it to be a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. We spent the week there, it's very peaceful and quiet. The condo we rented was well kept, though not as modern as some places we looked at, but for the price we paid, we were more than satisfied. My only complaint is most of the activities were closed due to COVID-19, and, that information was not disclosed, even after being taken on a tour of the resort. However, that's not enough for me to give less than a ***** excellent rating.

The staff here is amazing. Even given the awkwardness of running a resort with social distancing and the closure of several main attractions, everyone we dealt with were incredibly upbeat, empowered, responsive and just plain nice. This resort is a good and inexpensive place to stay if you want to visit Shenandoah N.P., Luray, or Harrisonburg. Lots to do even with SD!
