Important Note: All bedrooms and sleeping spaces are upstairs, and both staircases are steep.

• Children must not be left unattended on stairs or in bedrooms.

• The property is not childproof and includes outdoor spaces with drop-offs.

• Phone map directions often show you have arrived before seeing the property. Continue going until you see the wooden sign on the left side.
