Amazing stay! Me and my husband celebrated our honeymoon and the house was perfect and memorable! Very private with a beautiful view! We loved everything at the house with the peaceful and cozy living room with fireplace, and the beautiful kitchen to cook our meals. The hot tub was great especially in the cold weather. Our dog loved coming outside and walking around the house. So many great things and we look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

We spent a few days at Jeremy’s place while skiing and visiting JMU. It is located in the country and very peaceful on a beautiful lot. The house is new and very nice with all the amenities you would need to cook meals, wash clothes and towels/linens. It has all the comforts of your own home and the beds are amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing at Massanutten. We did t use any of the resort passes, but I’m sure they would be great!
Also, we had to change our plans due to the snow and ice in North Carolina and they were responsive and easy to work with regarding the changes. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay and loved the peaceful countryside setting with easy access to Massanutten Resort, local restaurants, and a quick trip to Luray Caverns. The house is beautiful and was nicely decorated for the holidays—perfect for our family and kids. Seeing deer out front each morning and enjoying a fire on cold nights made the stay extra special. We’d definitely recommend this home and would happily return.

The house is nicely laid out, open and spacious, with a perfect configuration for a family. The colors, design, and furniture, make it so comfortable and easy to relax.
The kitchen has all the necessary and “nice to have” appliances and utensils. The TripForth team left a bag of supplies, including paper towels, trash bags, detergent and dish soap, bath soap/shampoo, and coffee. The coffee was great, and the coffee maker delay-start setting was great for early self-brew.
The outdoor amenities, the hot tub, gas fire pit, and outdoor seating, was all great and well appointed.
Overall, the house and our experience was fantastic.

We had an amazing experience staying at Jeremy’s Airbnb! Our boys (5 and 2.5) absolutely loved the bunk beds, and our English Bulldog was perfectly content snoozing by the fireplace. The hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to end each evening once the kids were in bed.
Jeremy and his team went above and beyond — when we realized the batteries in the remotes had died, he had someone drop new ones off right at our doorstep within the hour. Such thoughtful and responsive hosts!
The location was fantastic — close to beautiful parks and just a short drive to Massanutten Resort. We used our rec passes to play basketball in the gym when it was chilly outside, and once it warmed up, we went tubing, which the boys couldn’t get enough of. We also took the scenic drive up Skyline Drive and toured the Luray Caverns — it made for the perfect birthday weekend.
The home itself was pristine, beautifully maintained, and had everything our family needed. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

We immediately fell in love with Loft on Lawyer Road. Every detail of the architecture and furnishings created a peaceful, welcoming feel. We have stayed in many short term rentals, but none were as well thought out or well supplied as this. The attention to detail in the kitchen made eating in more desirable than eating out!
The setting, amidst fields and rolling hills with Massanuten mountain in the distance, drew us out to the porch for our coffee and quiet in the morning. During the days we explored Shenandoah and a near -by winery, but we always looked forward to getting back to the Loft. Every evening, after dinner, found us back on the porch, with a glass of wine, watching the contented cows grazing against the backdrop of the setting sun.
PS We loved the Loft's design so much, and felt so at home there that we took notes to help us when we design our own someday retirement space!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Our kids liked the extra loft space and playing shuffleboard. There is a farm and mountain facing the front of the property that is beautiful. It’s close enough to Shenandoah National Park to enjoy the hikes and get back for a soak in the hot tub. Our only critique was the main bed - both my husband and I found it to be uncomfortable (it’s very soft), but that may just be our preference. There were also a lot of flies due to being situated next to a farm, but there’s nothing you can really do about that.

The house was perfect for our little family of 5. Decorated well and very homey! Secluded and peaceful location but a short drive to restaurants, stores and playgrounds. The listing said it was 13mins to Shenandoah National Park however it’s about 25-30 to the actual park entrance. With that being said, it was an easy drive to get there. It was clean for the most part, but there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floors/trim and the main floor could have benefited from a good vacuuming. Luckily there was a vacuum there that I was able to do a quick sweep! We definitely recommend this location.

We stayed for three nights with our two little ones (and grandparents who came for the second half of our stay). The property was not only beautiful, it was well appointed and thoughtfully stocked. Everything looked, smelled, and felt clean, which is something that is very important to us when staying at a property. We felt right at home and were able to find everything we needed. Jeremy checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, which was appreciated. We loved the sunrises and sunsets looking out from the main living area as well as from the wide porch. Our kids loved just running around the property as well. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub on the porch due to heavy winds during most of our stay, but we’re already talking about coming back another time to this incredible property!
