Our stay here was fantastic and exactly what we hoped it to be. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was in the perfect area to partake in other activities and amenities. Many of which were in walking distance from the house and easy to reach. Found the place to be quite relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to future visitors to this area.

Easy walking distance to the slopes was our favorite feature plus private patio for jacuzzi.
Simple, clean, functional kitchen, well set up rooms, bunk beds were great. We had a great time!

Due to my experience with TripForth and AirBNB, I will most likely never book through and AirBNB again. We were supposed to come out the weekend of the big ice storm that came through and TripForth originally refused to work with canceling and refunding our money or offering any sort of solution. It wasn’t until I found the owner/CEO of the company by looking her up on LinkedIn, that we were offered the ability to reschedule the following month(had to pay the difference in cost as well). When we finally arrived to massanutten, we went to the water park before check in at 4:00pm. When we got to the house we all wanted showers, but after a 5-10 min shower the hot water was out. The electric fireplace that was supposed to have a heater blew out cold air only. The heat dropped to 67 degrees in the middle of the night as well. I would be mindful of renting anything under the TripForth management group.

On cancellations — the reservation and any third‑party travel insurance are governed by the listing’s policy and the insurer’s terms, which limits our ability to override decisions made by those parties. That said, I apologize that our initial communications didn’t resolve things to your satisfaction; we did later offer a reschedule option, and I understand that outcome felt unfair. For the in‑unit issues, I’m sorry the hot water, electric fireplace, and overnight temperature caused discomfort. After you reported the problems our maintenance team inspected the unit, repaired the water‑heater/plumbing issue, serviced the HVAC system, and repaired the fireplace so the heater is functioning. We also added extra pre‑arrival checks to help prevent this from happening to future guests. If you’d like to discuss the reservation or charges further, please message us through Airbnb and we’ll review everything. Thank you again for your feedback.

Will be staying at the Magnolia Getaway again for sure! The house was wonderful, clean with lots of room and amenities. The basement game room was perfect for watching the football game Saturday night during our stay and we especially loved the pool table!

It was a beautiful cabin and my 3 year old grandson LOVED the giant windows. Loved the mountain views. I would recommend this place for my friends and family!

Massenutten MMB takeover

I had a wonderful time stay at the Dodge Lodge, fantastic location and proximity to the bike park and the family adventure park. The only problem I had was the garage not being accessible. I only picked this property for the garage thinking I could store my bikes and riding gear there for the stay. The driveway was extremely steep to navigate but Other than that it was fantastic.

Beautiful sceney. Quiet and cozy. Enjoyed our stay and would visit the area again. Property is steps away from Painters Pond which is full of trout. Comes with access to resort amenities, pool, gym, etc.
