Stayed for Memorial Day weekend with friends, and we had a great time. This was probably the most clean of any BNB I've stayed at, and was 100% as the description stated. A lot of the things that would be expected of the guest was also taken care of already by the host (the hot tub was already set up and running, there was readily available propane, etc). The area is peaceful, the parking was easy, and there's a supermarket maybe 3 minutes by car. Really enjoyed our time here, and I highly recommend booking here for anybody checking out Luray Caverns or the Shenandoah national park.
As a bonus, you can even get into the fitness center of a local-ish resort for free!

We loved stay here! The house was in great condition. So clean, all amenities were exactly what we wanted/needed. Tons of space in the home. The backyard is perfect. The hot tub was definitely enjoyed. If we come back to the area we will definitely try to book again.

The home in real life looks every bit as stunning as the pictures depict, only even more so. This home is inviting, warm, intriguing, comfortable, accommodating, and was a thoroughly enjoyable home-away-from-home! We are so fortunate to have found it! We didn’t need anything that wasn’t provided. We hiked 3 days, played disc golf, shopped several times, worshiped at a local church, had some great food, and relaxed as well!

The place is great. maintains it's older foundation and history but with modern game room and amenities. The remote has no input choice so cannot connect a laptop to it, only 1 TV just as a heads up and only 1 king bed. Food lion is close. great area, clean, space for 3 cars in general and 8 huests. We had a blast at the house, the arcade and hot tub. Luray and Shenadoah are both close as well as JMU, which all should be visited. Would definitely recommend the place. Host was very responsive. Nice stay not too far from national park where we went hiking with the family. Fire pit was nice, kids loved roasting marshmallows.

The Stanley Milton house was a very enjoyable stay! The house was very clean and it was so neat to stay in. The town of Stanley was just a small mountain town but very picturesque and gives you a hometown feel. Everyone we met there was very nice and helpful. We went over to Luray and did the caverns along with the museums and the pioneer village that was at the caverns. Also was a small rescue zoo we went to in Luray and Cooters garage museum and store from Dukes of hazzard. We never did make it to try out the resort amenities at Massanutten but that is included in your stay of renting from trip forth! Our stay was just 3 days so we didn't find time to go. The only thing that couldve made our stay better wouldve been a few more pots/pans and spatulas but they do say if we needed any specialty kitchen things to bring with. We did not but figured there wouldve been a few more items to work with. I sent a text message asking a question and i got a response within the hour. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay with them again.

We met at this house with family from other parts of the country for Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful and historical and has an interesting history. The location was in easy reach of nearby attractions and hiking trails. We had a small issue and the host responded quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Best communication I’ve ever had booking an AirBnB. Offered early check in/late check out and additional days at a discount. Could not utilize but the offer was nice. Beautiful home, as described. This was an annual boys trip and everyone wants to book here again next year. Great location. Great hot tub and nice game room for teenagers/young adults in the group. Book with confidence. This is a great find. House is historic, beautiful. Neat formal living area. Great area to stay in.

This was a very comfortable home to stay in. We have a large family and it accommodated all of us. There were plenty of bathrooms, comfy beds, and the kitchen was spacious. All my kids played the arcade games. In addition there is a cute coffee shop across the street.The drive to Luray is very quick. We were also able to drive up to do some hikes in the Shenandoah National Forest several days. I would very much recommended staying here! We had a great time.
